About Me

My photo
In June 2011 I moved to Arusha, Tanzania, East Africa with the view of staying for one year. More than two years later and I have four beautiful Tanzanian foster children and there is no sign of me moving back to the UK. This blog was created as a way for family and friends to keep up to date on our life here and to see my little ones growing up, feel free to take a read and leave your comments. To find out about the work I am doing here visit www.tauf.org.uk (under construction).

Jack Jack

I can not believe that Jack is already six months old and that he has been living with us for that long, seems like only yesterday we carried this teenie tiny bundle back from the hospital. Well not he has grown tremendously and fits in our family quite well (though at the moment he is still officially a Neema House baby.)

He is so laid back and funny, beautiful and curious, I love him just like I love my three children and they too love him especially Layla who is always trying to look after him, feed him, change him, run to him when he is crying, she is quite the little Mother.
His first night in his big bed!!
