Nanny is here to stay-I don't yet have any good pics of them together, the above pic was taken whilst the kids and I were waiting for her to land, they didn't actually know she was coming they just knew there was a 'superprize!' (surprise) Mum landed on Nov 1st and doesn't fly out until Dec 31st, we are so excited to have her here and really enjoying her company. I will be sure to get lots of pictures and post them all on here!
In the beginning of November I got a call about a little boy who had been found in a toilet and was currently staying in the hospital, they wanted us to take him here at Neema House. Well for those of you who know me you know how much I love babies so this little one came upstairs and joined our family. He is such a lovely, easy little boy (except at 3am when he wakes for a feed and refuses to settle again!! He is called Innocent and we estimate his DOB to be October 27th 2012, when he was found he had fly larvae in his ear, a couple of days ago he had a check up at the hospital and the Dr is very pleased with his progress, he is gaining weight very fast and his ear has cleared well. We are unsure at this point of his future as two men came forward claiming to be family though their story does not add up, time will tell but for now he is receiving all the love that he needs.
This is a blog created to keep all my family and friends in the UK updated on my life as a Mother of four Tanzanian children. Please feel free to read and leave a comment :)

More than two years later and I have four beautiful Tanzanian foster children and there is no sign of me moving back to the UK.
