- In June 2011 I moved to Arusha, Tanzania, East Africa with the view of staying for one year. More than two years later and I have four beautiful Tanzanian foster children and there is no sign of me moving back to the UK. This blog was created as a way for family and friends to keep up to date on our life here and to see my little ones growing up, feel free to take a read and leave your comments. Alfie's 4th Birthday
On November 10th 2012 Alfie turned four, I still can't believe that the little 13 month old boy who I met and fell in love with is now a big, intelligent, loving, crazy, four year old boy. We had a lovely day just chilling, we were going to go out to the Snake Park but put it off due to the rain. He got a big boys bike which he loves and many other gifts from wonderful friends and family. We did meet some friends at Blue Heron where we had cake and Alfie had the company of a friend, I can not find the cake pics right now though as they are on my other camera, when I do find them I will upload them. I am so thankful to have this wonderful four year old boy as my son :-)
