It was Bella’s birthday at the beginning of March, it was also one year since she came to live with me though we are not going to celebrate her Gotcha day on this day we will celebrate that the day her families signed the relinquishment papers, just so she gets two special days like the others.

The evening before her birthday my wonderful friend Safina stayed with me to help bake and decorate her cake and to decorate the house with balloons and banners, by around 1am it looked like the perfect pink palace set for a princess.

Thank-you to Auntie Sally, Uncle Colin, Katherine, Sarah, Nanny, Grandad, Auntie Kelly, Uncle Lee, Bryony, Joshua, Auntie Kate, Uncle Andy ad everyone else for sending cards/ prezzies/love to my sweet girl.

In the afternoon we went to a local restaurant/ play area with Aubree and Jason where Bella had lots of fun with Alfie and Layla, when we got home the babies from downstairs came upstairs to play for a little while then they all watched a film together.

A huge happy birthday to my beautiful, charming, funny, amazing little girl. You have been through so much in your short life but you still smile every day, you joined our family and just slotted in perfectly, we all love you and could not imagine life without you.
